Business hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. I do not respond to emails on the weekends, national holidays, or while traveling for conventions.
I process and pack orders on Wednesdays and ship them out on Thursdays.
☆ REFUNDS AND RETURNS ☆
If the product is damaged or missing upon arrival, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
To complete a refund, you must show proof of purchase and the order number.

☆ LATE OR MISSING ORDERS ☆
Orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to be shipped. If you are outside of the U.S., packages may take 2-3 weeks to ship out fully. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
