HOURS
Business hours start from 10AM to 5PM on weekdays. I do not respond to emails on the weekends and national holidays.
I make/pack orders on Mondays and Tuesdays and ship them out on Wednesdays.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If the product is damaged or missing upon arrival, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
To complete a refund, you must show proof of purchase and the order number.

LATE OR MISSING ORDERS
Orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to be shipped. If you are outside of the U.S., packages may take 2-3 weeks to ship out fully. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
